Eat Me, Drink Me

I promised my editor that I would take a break from using mushrooms after submitting two recipes in a row featuring them as the main ingredient. (I couldn't help it, I have a serious love of fungi!) Here is my recipe from December 31, 2016 for the Eat Me, Drink Me, the signature cocktail pairing I worked on with Head Bartender Amanda Boucher during our time working together at Pasdeloup in Paris.
