Super stoked to be heading to BC this December in order to collaborate with Peter and Meghan at their bakery, Francis Bread, on Salt Spring Island!

As well as being their chef in residence for lunch each day from December 18-22, there will also be a couple other fun events we plan to run throughout the week while I am on the island:

A Sunday on Salt Spring with Chef Lina Caschetto and A Sunday in August Wine - Sunday, December 16th, 2018
A multi-course, Sunday roast lunch paired with A Sunday in August wine featuring the bounty of Salt Spring Island.
