Through her passion and reverence for farmers and the seasonal ingredients she works with, Vancouver-born chef Lina Caschetto brings thoughtful care and attention to every dish that comes out of her kitchen. With over 10 years of experience cooking and leading in the industry, she has built a wide depth of knowledge and culinary know-how. Lina currently works as a freelance chef, travelling mostly between France and Canada, collaborating and creating authentic food-driven experiences wherever she lands. Her most recent culinary adventures have lead her to Arles, Singapore, Naramata, Salt Spring Island, Sweden and back again. Over the past couple of years, Lina has grown especially fond of cooking food over an open fire and now looks to incorporate these techniques and flavours into her cooking whenever she can.
